This message appears when you open the AddWash door without tapping and
holding . If this happens, do one of the following:
• Press the AddWash door to close properly. Then, tap and hold and try
again.
• To add laundry, open the AddWash door and input laundry. Close the
AddWash door properly. Then, tap and hold to resume operation.

• Restart after spinning.
• If the information code remains on the display, contact a local Samsung
service centre.
