Using the Tools menu with Music

 

To use the 

Tools

 menu with 

Music

, you must first highlight a music file on the file list screen. After you have 

highlighted a music file on the file list screen, you can use the following options in the Tools menu:

 

View

You can sort the file list by one of four sort criteria.

 

Play selection

Lets you select one or more files to play immediately.

 

Go to playlist

Moves to the Playlist screen.

 

Information

Displays detailed information about the selected file.

Using Play selection with music files

1. 

Highlight a music file in the file list.

2. 

Open the 

Tools

 menu using your remote, and then select 

Play selection

.

3. 

Select the track you want to add. A 

c

 mark appears in the check box on the left.

4. 

Repeat Step 3 to select additional tracks.

 

To select all the files in the list, select 

Select All

. To cancel a selection, select the file again.

5. 

Select 

Play

. The selected music files play.
