Programming Your SVM

The SVM has been designed to simplify the installation procedure and minimise
setup time. The following procedures have been automated.

● 

 The Automated Attendant immediately recognises all extensions and groups 

on the phone system.

●

 A mailbox is created for every extension on the phone system.

●

 The Day / Night service of the SVM system will change automatically when

the phone system changes.

●

 Menus have been created to answer calls in the Day and Night mode. There are

also default menus for answering in the Holiday or Bad Weather mode.

QUICK SETUP

Although the setup process has been automated as much as possible, the follow-
ing procedures must be done manually.

●

 Record a greeting for Day mode operation (prompt number 1001), Night mode
