Use myMetro to view your account balance, make payments,
view your rate plan and features, and access your account
settings.
Note:
Wi-Fi connection must be disabled prior to use, this
application requires use of a mobile network connection.

Choose from one of the following options:
• Balance and payments
: allows you to pay your bill, add funds
to your MetroConnect (MC) account, create an eWallet, or read
explanations about billing and payments.
• Rate Plan & Features
: allows you to view your plan details,
change your rate plan, or add features to your plan.
• myMetro Settings
: allows you to change your settings for
customer support (611 dialing), language setting, or voicemail
personal identification number (PIN).
• FAQ
: allows you to learn more about Billing & Payments,
Features, or Outside Region Calls.
• Español/English
: allows you to Change your phone's interface
language.
Navigation
Google Maps Navigation (Beta) is an internet-connected
turn-by-turn, GPS navigation system with voice guidance.
Caution!
Traffic data is not real-time and directions may be
wrong, dangerous, prohibited, or involve ferries.
Important!
To receive better GPS signals, avoid using your
device in the following conditions:
- inside a building or between buildings
- in a tunnel or underground passage
- in poor weather
- around high-voltage or electromagnetic fields
- in a vehicle with tinted windows
