Security
(Menu 9.9)
Use this menu to protect the phone against
unauthorised use by managing the several
access codes of your phone and SIM card.
PIN check
(Menu 9.9.1)
The 4- to 8-digit PIN (Personal Identification
Number) protects your SIM card against
unauthorised use. When this feature is
enabled, the phone requires your PIN each
time it is switched on.
If you enter an incorrect PIN/PIN2 three
times, the SIM card is blocked. To unblock it,
you need to enter your PUK/PUK2 (Personal
Unblocking Key). The codes are supplied by
your service provider.
