Menu functions
Data Folder
Use this menu to access and manage media files
stored both on the phone and on the web server. You
can also share your files on the server with other
people, or vice versa.
•
Handset : view and manage the media files in your
phone’s memory.
• Network : access your media files on the server
and share them with other people.
• Shared : view shared files made accessible by
other people.
• Trash : display deleted files.
Uploading or downloading files
You can upload files stored in the phone’s memory to
the web server or download ones from the web server.
1. Select
Handset or Network .
2. Select the folder you want.
3. Scroll to the file you want.
4. For a Handset file, press <
Upload >.
For a Network file, press < Download >.
Viewing shared files
You can view media files made accessibly by other
people.
1. Select
Shared on the My multimedia screen.
2. Press < Options > and select New links .
3. Enter a phone number, an e-mail address, or a
user name and press < Save >.
4. When the new link has been created, select the file
you want to view.
Using options
While viewing a folder in Handset or Network , press
< Options > to access the following options:
• Create folder : create a new folder.
• Share : enable sharing of the folder with other
people.
• Unshare : prevent sharing of the folder.
• Folder info : access the folder properties.
