My Samsung Multi View
3D Glasses do not work.
The Samsung Multi View 3D Glasses should
be close to the TV. Move the Samsung Multi
View 3D Glasses to within 6m (19.5 ft) of the
TV.
Try the paring again.
Check the 3D or Samsung Multi View function
settings on the TV.
The battery may be low. Recharge the battery.
Press the Power button briefly again.
There is no sound.
Press the + volume button of the glasses to
turn up the volume.
Pairing causes a momentary interruption in the
audio when you are listening to audio through
the earphones on the glasses. Wait until
pairing is complete.
Try the pairing operation again and check if
pairing works.
The battery is low. Charge the battery.
No sound or intermittent
sound
Devices generating electromagnetic waves,
such as microwave ovens and wireless routers,
can cause abnormal TV sound. Keep such
devices, including mobile communication
devices, as far away from the TV as possible.
The LED keeps blinking.
The glasses make a series
of beeps while in use.
The battery is low. Charge the battery.
