The Kimchi
Refrigerator is
making a clanking/
whirring sound.
- Your Kimchi Refrigerator will make noise as its internal temperature
drops or rises, its components are activated and deactivated, and
when the power is cut off or restored. This is not a malfunction.
I just bought
the Kimchi
Refrigerator, but it
is wet inside.
- The moisture is the result of performance testing at the factory.
This is not a malfunction and does not mean the product is a second
hand product.
The Kimchi
Refrigerator smells
funny.
- Items that have been stored in the Kimchi Refrigerator for an
extended period of time can also be the cause of the odor.
- The deodorizers may be dirty and no longer capable of removing
odors effectively. Try cleaning them.
- Check if Kimchi liquid has leaked from the Containers.
The Kimchi
Refrigerator
controls are
unresponsive.
- Unlock the controls by pressing the Lock/Unlock button.
- Check if the chamber you want to use has been turned on.
There are letters
shown on the
display.
