On the calendar, press
to access the following
options:
View: allows you to view the scheduled events for
the currently selected day.
Add New: allows you to add a new event on the
day.
Erase All: allows you to erase all events.
Jump to date: allows you to directly go to the
specific date you want.
Scheduling an Event
You can schedule up to 9 events for one day and
70 events total.
For further details about scheduling an event,
refer to “Scheduling a New Event” on page 95.
Viewing Your Schedule
Days with scheduled events are indicated by a box
on the calendar when you access the Scheduler
menu. Select one of them and press
. The list
of the events display.
While viewing the event list, press
or
to
scroll to an event and:
• Press
to view the event information. To view
the Start time and End time settings, use
or
. You can move to the previous or next event
by pressing
or .
While viewing the event, press
to access the
following options:
Edit: allows you to edit the currently selected
event.
