MMC907 Dial Delay Time
This timer is used to select the waiting time after secondary network access code 131. This delay time
is used only when the call is routed to 131 network.

MMC908 Network Code
Provides secondary network access code when the call is routed to the secondary network. Maximum
of 16 entries, each 10 digits maximum in length.
Note: The second entry may be selected as a default secondary network (Mercury 132 Access). If
dialled digits are not matched to the entry in LCR Digit Table (MMC 901), and start with 0, the
network code in the second entry will be dialled out by the system prior to transmitting dialled digits.
