Pierce the hot dogs and place them on
a plate. When the oven beeps, remove
the hot dogs from the oven, put each
hot dog in a bun, place the buns and
hot dogs in the oven, and then restart

For the best texture, the buns
should be added to the hot dogs
when the oven beeps.

evenly over them.

Cut the cooked potato into 4 even
wedges. Scoop or cut out the potato
flesh, leaving about a ¼ in. flesh on the
skin. Place the skins in a spoke-like
fashion around the plate. Sprinkle with
bacon, onions and cheese. Do not
cover.
