Instructions
Before defrosting, if there are a lot of ice crystals on poultry
surface, you’d better rinse under cold water to remove ice
crystals and stand 5 to 10 min. at room temperature. Shield
the thinner parts like wings and ends with aluminum foil. Place
the chicken pieces first skin-side down, whole chicken first
breast-side down in the middle of microwave-safe plate, and
then place the plate on top of the turntable in the center. Turn
over after half of defrosting time.

Guide for cooking meat in your microwave
• Place meat on a microwave-safe roasting rack in a microwave-safe dish.
• Start meat fat-side down. Use narrow strips of aluminium foil to shield any bone tips
or thin meat areas.
• Check the temperature in places before letting the meat stand the recommended
time.
• The following temperatures are removal temperatures. The temperature of the food
will rise during the standing time.
