4. Troubleshooting

In the multi-purpose tray

1) If the paper is not feeding properly, pull the paper out of the machine.

Inside the machine

CAUTION

The Fuser area is hot. Please wait until device cools down before accessing this area. Turn power off to cool the machine
down. Take care when removing paper from the machine.

1) Open the front cover. And then, pull the toner cartridge out.

2) Open the jam guide. And then, remove the jammed paper by gently pulling it straight out.
