The heating effect of a smart phone depends very much on how you use the device.
Please refer below advice as this will help in reducing the heating effect.
1) When you close an application using the HOME key and not the back key, the application may still be working and
occupying RAM even though you are not currently using the app. The temperature of your device is related with CPU usage
(which at times may require the use of RAM memory) which is affected by running applications.
Check the Task Manager and close unnecessary programs running in the background.
This will also help reduce the
battery consumption and decrease the device temperature.
