I can’t receive “iMessage” on Galaxy S4 but I did on my iPhone (1/3)
Q : After I’ve switched from my iPhone to a Galaxy S4, I’m no longer able to receive messages using
“iMessage” (iPhone, iPad, etc) from other Apple device in my Galaxy S4. What should I do for this problem?
A :
Sorry for your inconvenience.
If your original handset was the one of devices of Apple Co. , you must deactivate “iMessage” for messages to go through
to new device that is not an iPhone.
Please follow the steps below to turn of message on the Apple device
1. Ensure iPhone is connected to the internet so that the changes will sync with your Apple ID.

4. Turn off
iMessage

Note :
If your Apple ID is also registered to other Apple devices (iPad, Mac, etc), you must deactivate “iMessage” on all
devices.
If not, all messages from other Apple devices using “iMessage” will be delivered to devices registered to your
Apple ID instead of the new phone.

iMessage is free, and iMessage is a program that is only on Apple devices as an application. You can download
iMessage to a Mac computer, iPod Touch, or an iPad as well.
(It is similar to Samsung’s “Chaton” except it is an Apple exclusive.)
