Samsung ER-550 Electronic Cash Register 

Looking up a PLU Number 

If you do not know a PLU number, you can find the PLU number by viewing it on the screen. 

1.

 

Press the 

PLU

 key to display the beginning of the PLU list.  The first seven PLUs will display 

with their descriptor and price.  Press 

PAGE DOWN

 to view the next seven PLUs, press 

PAGE 

UP

 to view the previous seven PLUs.  (The first 70 PLUs can be viewed in this method.)

When you have found the appropriate PLU number, register it as you would any open or preset 
PLU.   

PLU Multiplication  

When several of the same items are to be entered into the same PLU, you can use multiplication.  
You can enter a quantity (1 to 999.999) using the

 key.  You can multiply open or preset 

PLUs.
