uSING tHE RotISSERIE-SpIt
Rotisserie-spit for kebab
Using the rotisserie-spit with 4 kebab skewers you can easily barbecue
meat, poultry, fish, vegetables (like onions, peppers or courgettes) and fruit
which have been cut into pieces.
You can prepare the above food with the kebab skewers by using
convection or combination mode.
Use of the rotisserie-spit with kebab skewers
1.
For preparing kebabs with the multi-spit use the 4
skewers.
2.
Put the same amount of food on each skewer.
3.
Put side dy side on windage like left picture.
4.
Tickles both end and turus putting on hole.
5.
Put the skewers into the coupler and position in
cavity.
We recommend using the square baking tray as oil dripping pan on the
turntable, setting the turntable function “off”.

Use the power levels and times in this table as guide lines for Rotating Spit
Roasting.
The instructions in the following table start from cold oven. You do not need
to preheat the oven.

Use oven gloves while taking out Rotating Spit.
