tsp, Vanilla Essence - 5 to 6

For the sauce :
Marmalade - 4 tbsp,
Lemon juice - 5 to 6 drops
Grease a shallow dish and
place the bread slices. Mix
Milk, Sugar and essence
and pour it over the bread
and top with remaining
butter. Cook and keep
aside. Mix marmalade and
lemon juice together and
pour over the pudding and
serve.
