Suggested temperature: 190 °C
This setting should be used when cooking cakes placed on one shelf and biscuits that must
be well browned or crispy on the bottom. It is also good for pizzas, quiches lorraine and
cheesecakes. The top heating element is in operation and the fan operates to constantly
circulate the hot air.
Before starting to cook you should preheat the oven.
(You can preheat the oven in the current mode “ Top-heat +Convection ”)
