Cutting or flaring a pipe
1. Check that all the required tools are prepared.

Pipe cutter, flaring tool, reamer, die, etc.
2. Use the pipe cutter to cut the pipe and make sure that the cut edge remains at 90° angle with the edge of the pipe.

When cutting the pipe, make sure that the cut edge is not oblique, rough, or burred.

3. To prevent a gas leak, remove all burrs at the cut edge of the pipe using a reamer or trim the rough part with a pipe
cutting tool.
4. Carry out the flaring work with a flaring tool.

5. Check that the flaring shape is correct.
