Strange noise is generated.
Depending on the status of the air conditioner usage (especially the outdoor
temperature is below 20

c), noise can be heard when refrigerant flow
movement changes. It is normal.
Water is dripping from outdoor unit pipe
connection.
Water may be generated due to the temperature difference. Therefore, do not
worry about the product malfunction for this.
Steam is generated from the outdoor unit.
When the air conditioner is in heat mode in the winter, steam may generate
during the frost removing operation. Therefore, do not worry about fire with
this.
