Use the remote controller that is only
for heat pump models.
Fan speed cannot be adjusted.
Check if the product is operating in
auto/Dry mode.
The fan speed is set to auto in auto/
Dry mode, therefore you cannot
adjust it.
Wireless remote controller does not work
at all.
Check if your batteries are good.
replace the batteries.
Check if remote control sensor is
blocked by obstacles.
remove the obstacles.
Check if there is strong light nearby.
Do not use the remote controller near
strong light. There is a possibility that
the remote controller will not operate
by infrared interference of strong
light such as a fluorescent lamp or
neon sign.
