The built-in Calendar offers several personal
information management features to help you
manage your busy lifestyle (page 88).

The Location feature works in connection with
available location-based services (page 51).

Speed dial lets you dial device numbers with one or
two keypresses (page 37).

The Internet Sharing feature lets you use your device
as a modem to connect your computer to the
Internet anywhere on the Sprint National Network
(page 143).
Turning Your Device On and Off
Turning Your Device On

Press
, located at the
top of the device.
Once your device is on, it may
display “Searching for
Service.” When your device
finds a signal, it automatically
enters standby mode – the
device’s idle state. At this
point, you are ready to begin
making and receiving calls.
After five seconds of inactivity,
the Power Save mode is
activated.
In Power Save mode, your device searches for a signal
periodically without your intervention.
Note
Your device and service provide access to the Sprint
Mobile Broadband Network and its enhanced data
services, including Sprint TV, fast Web access,
downloadable games, ringers, and applications, and
more.
Note
The Power Save feature conserves your battery
power when you are in an area where there is no
signal.
