For long operating periods, it is recommended, on few-hours basis (preferably every 3-4 hours of
operation), to periodically inspect circular blades, bolt connections, as well as the circular saw itself.
❑
It is forbidden to operate the circular saw if damaged. In order to continue operating remove any
damages.
❑
Blunt circular blades must be replaced with new ones.
6.
MOUNTING AND ADJUSTMENTS
6.1.
Mounting and dismounting circular blades
In order to replace a circular blade use wrench no. 17.
For dismounting a circular blade untighten all self-locking nuts (

) and unscrew all bolts (

). Next
remove holding disk (
B
), and then remove worn circular blade (
C
) from resistance disk pin (
D
) (
To re-mount clean resistance disk (
D
) and install a new circular blade (
C
) onto resistance disk pin
(
D
). Next put back holding disk (
B
). Then tighten all bolts (
A
) through holes in holding disk (
B
)
and circular blade (
C
) into resistance disk (
E
) by tightening them with toque of 49 Nm. After this tighten
self-locking nuts (
F
) on bolts (
A
) and apply the torque of 49 Nm.
NOTE!
Bolt connections on the circular blade
must be examined every 5 working hours.
