Register Mode Screen Zones
Zone
Description
A
Title bar Header –
Top Row displays: Back Arrow, current Mode identifier, Utility
Information Icon (for more utility functions), Table Display, Receipt On/Off, License Info
and Connection method, and Date/Time.
Title bar Header – Bottom Row displays: System Identification, PLU Key Info, Price
Level, KP Period, Destination and Employee name.
B
Transaction Detail –
Displays the items registered in the current sale. If more than 7 items
are registered, a scroll bar allows you to scroll up/down the list.
Touch the
icon to hide the 10-Key pad and expand the transaction detail area to view
more items. Touch the
icon to open/restore the 10-Key pad again.
If more than 16 items are registered, a scroll bar allows you to scroll up/down the list.

Numeric 10-Key pad –
Used to enter numeric values for item prices,
numeric PLU entries,
PLU multiplication entries,
clear current value entered, or
back up/remove previous numeric entry.

MLU –
Menu Look Up selection keys are used to access various screens for registering
categories of items or performing specific operations and functions. When more MLU’s
than can be displayed are available, scroll keys are provided to see the additional MLU’s.
MLU Navigation - When the option is selected in System Options, the MLU navigation
buttons
are available in the Register Mode, this makes it easier to navigate long lists
of MLU’s.
E
Item Area –
Displays the items or functions assigned to the selected MLU. Up to 56 keys
can be assigned to each MLU.
F
FLU –
Function Look Up. When more FLU’s are available than can be displayed, scroll
keys are provided to move through all the available FLU’s. Up to 14 keys can be
assigned to each FLU.
Register Mode Title Bar
The icons displayed on blue header\title bar at the top of the register mode screen allows the cashier change price
levels, destinations and other operations.
