Once the set date has
been reached, the
SERVICE indicator will
continue to flash and
the display will change
to indicate that the
service is now due:
Once the service is due, all output from the
controller is turned OFF, regardless of any other
programme settings. There are now two options
available: press the OK key and the display will
change to allow the selection of SERVICE BOOST
mode or turning SERVICE mode OFF:
It is possible to temporarily turn the heating back on by using the SERVICE
BOOST mode. To activate the SERVICE BOOST mode, press the OK key. It is
not possible to increase the set time above 1 hour, but the controller outputs
for heating and hot water will immediately turn on for one hour. After one
hour, the controller outputs will again be turned off.
To turn off SERVICE mode, press the OK key and select the SERVICE OFF display, and then enter the
code you originally set to access SERVICE mode.
If you want to deactivate SERVICE mode before the set date has arrived, select the SERVICE menu.
Once back in SERVICE mode, you can edit the telephone number, set a new servicing date, or turn
SERVICE mode ON or OFF in exactly the same way as described earlier.
