Indicator Meaning
Heat and Cool
Icons Indicates HVAC / heat-pump state.
– Air Conditioner is on or Cooling
– Furnace is on or Heating
blank – No HVAC / heat pump activity
Radio Icon Indicates when the thermostat is connected to a
smart home system
Low Battery Indicates when the 2 AA batteries need to be
replaced
Label Area Displays thermostat state, menu and options (see
Using the Thermostat and Configuring the Thermostat
sections for more info)
Day of Week
& Time Displays day of the week and time in 12- or 24-hour
format
Room Temp. Displays the room temperature at the thermostat
Fan Indicator Indicates Fan state.
– Fan ON
blank – Fan OFF
Set Point
Temperature Displays the set point temperature for the selected
system mode
