The operation during exercise:  

1.Press the "speed -" key will reduce the speed of the treadmill  

2. press  the "Speed+" key  will increase the speed of the treadmill. 

3.Press the "Incline -" key will decrease  the incline  of the treadmill. 

4.Press the “incline  "+" key will increase the incline of the treadmill. 

5.Press “Stop”,the treadmill will be slowdown until to stop running. 

6.When the user hold the hand pulse sensor for around 3 seconds,the heart rate data will display. 

 

6.6  PROGRAMS 

OPERATION  

1. Manual mode: 

 

  1) In the standby mode, press the START key to start the training in a quick way, without presetting   

 

   the value of time, distance or calories. The console will initiate a count up of all parameters. 

2. Time countdown mode: 

1) When the machine is standby, press the ”Program” key one time, the time window will flicker. 

Press Speed+/- to adjust the countdown parameters. Setting range 5:00---99:00 minutes, press the 

button once is 1:00 min. 

2)  Press  the  start  button.  When  the  set  value  of  TIME  counts  down  to  zero,  the  machine  stop 

running. It will automatically change back to manual mode. 

3. Distance countdown mode

 

1) When the machine is standby, press the ”Program” key twice time, the time window will flicker. 

Press  Speed+/-  to  adjust the  countdown  parameters. Setting range 0.5---99:00  minutes,  press the 

button once is 0.1km. 

2) Press  the start button. When the  set value  of  distance  counts  down  to  zero,  the machine  stop 

running. It will automatically change back to manual mode. 

4. Calorie countdown mode

 

1) When the machine is standby, press the ”Program” key triple time, the time window will flicker. 

Press Speed+/- to adjust the countdown parameters. Setting range 20-990. Press the button once is 

10cal. 
2)  Press  the  start  button

When  the  set value of  calorie counts  down  to zero,  the machine  stop 

running. It will automatically change back to manual mode. 

 

BUILT-IN PROGRAM: P1-P6

 

 

This  system  has  6  built-in  programs  P1-  P6.  In  the  standby  mode,  press  the  "program"  key,  the  distance 

window of  auxiliary  window  displays  "P1-P6",  dot  matrix  screen  display  "PROGRAM  1"  to  "PROGRAM  6". 

After that, show speed mode and incline mode, the first row shows the speed mode, second rows show the 

incline. After selecting the program, at the same time, the time window of auxiliary window flashing; display 

preset time 30:00, "", "Incline-", "speed +", "speed-" set the desired motion of time, and then press 

the "start" button to start the built-in program. The built-in program is divided into 16 sections, each section 

of the movement time = set time /16. Speed, program each segment of incline as shown in the following 

table, when the program runs to the next section of auxiliary window incline and speed window will show 

the next segment of incline and speed value, issued at the same time of 4 tones "Be---", after entering the 

next  section,  the  speed  will  be  the  default  rate  recovery  into  the  program.  Time  countdown  to  0,  the 

program ends. At the same time to make a continuous "Be---" sound prompt. At the tone after the end, is 

automatically transferred  to the  relaxation  exercise, speed of  speed program  data  last  half.  This mode  of 

running 2:30, buzzer sound 3 sounds, the motor stops running.
