ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

 

STEP 10 – Handlebar Decoration Cover Assembly 

Attach the 

Front Handlebar Decoration Cover (61)

 and the Rear Handlebar 

Decoration Cover (62)

 to the 

Upright Post (56)

 and secure with 4pcs 

Screws (M4x20mm)(118)

 and 3pcs 

Bolts (M5xp0.8x15mm)(126). 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

STEP 11 – Hand Wrist Pad Assembly 

Attach the Hand Wrist Pad (49) to the Stationary Handlebar (48) and secure with 2pcs Washers (6x13x1.0t)(153),   
2pcs Lock Washers (M6)(96), 2pcs Bolts (M6xp1.0x12mm)(154). 

STEP 12 – Accessory Tray & Pedal Assembly 
NOTE:

 For shipping purpose, 2pcs

 Bolts (M5xp0.8x25mm)(127) 

are attached on the

 Upright Post (56). 

a. Remove 2pcs 

Bolts (M5xp0.8x25mm)(127)

 from the 

Upright Post (56).

 

b. Place the

 Accessory Tray (60) 

on the 

Upright Post (56)

 and fully secure with 2pcs 

Bolts 

(M5xp0.8x25mm)(127)

c. Thread the 

Right Pedal (45)

 clockwise onto the

 Right Crank

 located inside the

 Right Crank Cover (43)

 as 

shown. Tighten the pedal securely. Repeat the same procedure to thread and tighten the

 Left Pedal (44) 

counter-clockwise onto the 

Left Crank 

as shown. 

 

For the final step, make sure all the bolts and nuts are tighten securely before using.
