3.1 Powering On and Powering Off the APD-100

ON/OFF
key to power on the APD-100…
The display alternates between
WARMUP
and a count down clock. The
APD-100 is equipped with an automatic 10-minute warm-up feature to
allow the electronic components to warm up and stabilize for accurate
weighing.
In the warm-up mode, the weighing, powder dispenser and calibration
features will be blocked, however, you can still enter settings into the
memory as well as recall and edit existing memory.

To turn off the APD-100, press and hold the
ON/OFF
key until the display
shows
OFF

The unit will power down shortly after
OFF
appears.
We recommend you allow the scale to fully warm-up before use. If this is not possible,
the warm-up mode can be cancelled by pressing the
CANCEL
key.
Always turn off the APD-100 by pressing
ON/OFF
key first, and then unplug the
power adapter!
