Adjust the settings of the heat
generator and pump to match

the pump from running more
slowly
Check the set minimum flow
Pump is not
maintaining the set
minimum flow
The piping is partially or
completely blocked
Open valves in the piping
Piping is undersized
Change piping design
Taps opened
Close taps and check if the pump
reaches the minimum flow then
Cold water flowing into the
circulation pipe
Install non-return valves
Pump not
detecting thermal
disinfection
The pump’s selflearning phase
(24 hours of uninterrupted
operation) was not observed
Activate thermal disinfection and
observe the self-learning phase
