5 Commissioning
May only be commissioned by qualified technicians.
5.1 Setting the operating mode
Manual mode (Δp-c)
•
Use the white operating knob (8) to select the “Operating
mode” menu and then select MANU.
•
Set the differential pressure setpoint H in the menu item.
•
Press the white operating knob.
-> The display (7) shows the differential pressure setpoint H in
m.
Temperature-controlled mode
• Use the red operating knob (8) to select the “Operating mode”
menu and then select TEMP.
•
Set the minimum temperature and the minimum flow in the
menu items.
NOTE: Selection ranges:
• Temperature: 50-70 °C
• Flow: 0,4–3,0 m³/h
NOTE: The pump controls the speed so that the set minimum
flow is maintained up to the maximum delivery head. This
prevents stagnation and the growth of Legionella in the piping.
•
Press the white operating knob.
-> The display (7) shows the current temperature in °C and flow
in m³/h.
NOTE: Depending on the size of the installation and the number
of ascending lines, noises may occur while heating up. Select a
volume flow and pipeline diameter such that the flow rate does
not exceed 1 m/s.
