1. Locate tongue mount on mainframe as shown in layout making sure the proper side is
installed as shown in layout, retain with 5/8 x 3 1/2" and 5/8 x 4" bolts and 5/8" locknuts
and tighten according to torque specifications sheet in front of book.
2. Install both 23" lg offset extensions as shown making sure they are oriented properly,
retain with 5/8 x 6 x 5 1/2" u-bolts and 5/8" locknuts, do not tighten at this time, measure
carefully to position the extension exactly in the location shown in picture, tighten both
extensions on the end of the mainframe.
3. Position mainframe 5th bar tube capped 216" lg on tongue mounts and center on
machine, retain with 5/8 x 4 x 7 1/2" lg u-bolts on tongue mounts and 5/8 x 6 x 5 1/2" u-
bolts on offset extensions,
4. On outer most extension attach caster wheel tower (12) and attach to front of
extension with hex bolt 5/8" x 6" lg (13) and 5/8" lock nuts (11). install 5/8" x 4" x 7 1/2"
ubolts (9) and 5/8" lock nuts, tighten all remaining loose nuts and bolts.
