After the basket transfer position was determined,
press the “SAVE” button to save the offset values
into instrument memory and also to return to the
menu screen.

How to read offset values
As shown on the right, the offset
value is defined according to the
direction the robotic arm moves.
Each offset value varies in
increments of the following distance.
* X-axis: 0.1 mm
* Y-axis: 0.05 mm
* Z-axis: 0.05 mm

Lifting up the robotic arm

After the basket transfer position was set, gently move the robotic arm up while holding
the hook portion by a hand to escape the arm from the area the loading container
moves.

Remove the basket positioning fixture from the loading container.
(3)
Press the ENTER key on the control panel of the Film
®
to return the loading container
to the Film
®
. After the container reached its place in the Film
®
, turn off instrument
power.
