10. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

The maintenance of the machine must be performed 

by qualified staff, according to the instructions in this 

manual. Disconnect the pneumatic/electric supply 

before performing any maintenance or repair opera-

tions.

The adhesive warning, legal obligation and prohibi-

tion labels and the installation plates on themachine 

indicating the prohibitions and warnings are express-

ly indispensable. In the case of damage or non-rea-

dability, the labels must be replaced immediately.

It is absolutely forbidden to carry out operations with 

the machine when not perfectly visible all the labels 

or in the event of accidental were tampered with by 

the location where they were previously placed.

Extraordinary maintenance: Extraordinary mainte-

nance operations should only be performed by 

specialized staff: contact the manufacturer for any 

extraordinary maintenance required. Extraordinary 

maintenance usually regards the breakage of machi-

ne components.

10.1. WATER SIDE

Cleaning the support grid of the parts

Clean every day using the spray gun. If there are 

patches of paint that are particularly difficult to 

remove, use a spatula to scrape them off.

General cleaning of the machine

Every week give an overall clean to the machine, 

using solvent and a brush or a spatula if especially 

stubborn layers of paint have deposited.

Periodically check that the safety devices are functio-

nal and undamaged.

Any incrustations must be removed from the drains 

and control valves regularly.

Cleaning suction filters

Every 2 weeks, clean the suction filter present on the 

suction pipe of the machine then proceed as follows:

• Unscrew the suction filter from the relative pipes.

• Fully immerse the filter (soiled with paint) in a basin 

full of solvent and leave to soak for 1 hour.

• After soaking for 1 hour, use the air gun to blow the 

filter.

• Screw the suction filters onto the relative pipes.

Replacing the filter  

Should filtering take a long time, open the lower door 

of the machine and replace the nonwoven fabric filter 

with another, new filter.

Replacement brush head  

Every 4-6 months, verify the integrity of the brush 

head and in case it occurs damaged and unusable, 

unscrew the head and replace it with a new replace-

ment of the same type.

10.2. SOLVENT SIDE  

Genaral cleaning of the machine

Every week give an overall clean to the machine, 

using solvent and a brush or a spatula if especially 

stubborn layers of paint have deposited.

Periodically check that the safety devices are functio-

nal and undamaged.

Any incrustations must be removed from the drains 

and control valves regularly.

Cleaning of the spray-jets

Every 3 weeks, clean and drain off the spray-jets 

placed inside the automatic washing tank then 

proceed as follows:

• Unscrew all the washing nozzles from the relative 

pipes.

• Fully immerse the nozzles soiled with paint in a 

basin full of solvent and leave to soak for 1 hour.

• In the meantime run an empty wash cycle for 

approx. 1 minute, this must be done without the 

nozzles on the spider so as to clean the pipes of the 

4 nozzles from any paint deposits.

• After the nozzles have soaked for an hour in the 

solvent use the air gun to blow the washing nozzles 

from the outside (fluid exit side) inwards.

• Screw the spraying nozzles into the related tubes.

Cleaning inside the automatic washing tank

To make easy cleaning inside the automatic washing 

tank, you can completely remove the washing 

spray-jet device by unscrewing the central fixing nut.
