7. INSTALATION

6.6. INCORRECT USE OF THE MACHINE

The machine was designed with the intention for

professional use only.

Any other use may cause damage to the machine

and/or create dangerous situations for which the

manufacturer can’t be held responsible.

In particular:

The use of solvents containing chlorides or fluorides

of carbon and substances with a base of allogeneic

hydrocarbons is expressly prohibited.

In addition, the machine must not be used for

washing or greasing of objects designed to come into

contact with foodstuffs.

National laws regarding the use and disposal of

products used for cleaning and washing parts must

be observed, as well as the elimination of the machi-

ne itself.

6.7. GENERAL SAFETY AND ACCIDENT

PREVENTION

This machine must have as its primary objective for

the sole purpose for which it was expressly designed.

The manufacturer can’t be held responsible for any

damage to people, animals and objects caused by

improper, erroneous or unreasonable use of the

machine.

Disconnect the air supply to the machine before

performing any cleaning or maintenance.

In case of failure and/or malfunction of the machine,

turn off, not directly intervene; consult a service

center authorized by the manufacturer and use only

original spare parts.

The user is obliged to check the right environmental

conditions (For example, low temperatures or high)

where the machine is located, which may affect

performance and/or severely damaged.

The use of equipment with an open flame or welders

or manipulate incandescent materials near the

Double 250 is expressly prohibited.

It’s expressly forbidden to place objects of sizes and

weights inadequate working on the floor.

6.8. ECOLOGY

The DOBLE 250 shouldn’t be used for cleaning or

degreasing objects destined to be in contact with

food.

Should be respected the laws concerning the use of

products used in cleaning and washing parts and the

equipment DOBLE 250.

INCORRECT INSTALLATION OF THE MACHINE

MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO PEOPLE, ANIMALS OR

OBJECTS. THE  MANUFACTURER CANNOT BE

CONSIDERED RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE

DAMAGES

7.1. ARRANGEMENT OF THE LIGHTING SYSTEM

The Client must make sure that there is suitable

lighting for the surroundings and that the lighting

conforms to the regulations in force. In particular, the

Client must arrange the positioning of lighting that

illuminates all the working area.

7.2. ARRANGEMENT OF THE PNEUMATIC

SYSTEM

The Client must arrange a line of filtered compressed

air supplied by a compressor that is suitable for the

consumption required. Do not use compressed air

that contains chemical products, synthetic oil with

organic solvents, salts or corrosive gases as they

can cause damage or malfunctioning. The line of

compressed air must arrive up to the supply points of

the machine. If the compressed air contains a large

amount of moisture, it may cause malfunctioning in

the valves and in the pneumatic components. Install

a moisture separator downstream from the compres-

sor to avoid this.

7.3. CLASSIFICATION ACCORDING TO THE

ATEX DIRECTIVE

The machine conforms to the essential requisites of

the EU Directive 2014/34/UE, better known as ATEX

(“Explosive atmospheres”). It is classified as group II

category 3 letter G system. The assessment procedu-

res of conformity, carried out by an internal factory

check, allow the installation of the machine in surroun-

dings where there may be potentially explosive atmos-

pheres due to the presence of gas, fumes or mist.

Preparation for extraction of gases.

For the compliance ATEX, the machine is equipped

with a system of forced evacuation of the fumes

generated during the operation.

The smoke evacuation takes place through a chim-

ney on the upper end of the machine and is powered

by a forced suction (venture effect) that is automati-

cally activated depending on the mode of operation

of the machine.

This chimney must then be connected to the general

workshop extraction or brought outside the workshop.

In this second case, the chimney connected to the

machine must cover at least a portion in the vertical

of 1 meter before being led outside.
