This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1)
This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received,
including interference that may cause undesired operation.
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to
part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful
interference when the equipment is operated in a commercial environment. This equipment generates, uses and
can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instruction manual,
may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will
not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television
reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to
correct the interference by one of the following measures:
• Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.

Radiation Exposure Compliance
This product complies with the FCC RF exposure limits for an uncontrolled environment. For continued com-
pliance the product must not be operated closer than 20 cm from the rest of the body. This product must not be
operated in a holster or on a belt-clip. End users must follow the specific operating instructions for satisfying
RF exposure compliance.
Some equipment in hospitals and aircraft are not shielded from radio frequency energy. Do not use the device
onboard aircraft, or in hospitals, without first obtaining permission.
Do not use near pacemakers. The MorphoRapID™ may affect the operation of some medically implanted de-
vices such as pacemakers, causing them to malfunction. Avoid placing your MorphoRapID™ next to such de-
vices. Keep a minimum distance of 20 cm between the medical device and the MorphoRapID™ to reduce the
risk of interference. If you have any reason to suspect that interference is taking place, turn off the Mor-
phoRapID™ and contact your medical specialist for assistance.
This transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.
