Install Batteries      :

Use a Phillips Head
screwdriver to loosen
the screws on the
battery door. Place one
C and two AA size
alkaline batteries in the
compartment. Be sure
to match the polarity
according to the
diagram in battery
compartment. Secure
door with screws.

DO NOT

mix old and new batteries.

DO NOT

mix alkaline, standard (carbon zinc), or rechargeable 

(nickel-cadium) batteries.

• Non rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
• Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the unit before being 

charged.

• Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
• Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to 

be used.

• Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.
• Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the unit.
• The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
• Check that all contact surfaces are clean and bright before installing batteries.

DO NOT

submerge any part of the product in water. 

• Dispose of batteries safely.
• Remove batteries when stored for long periods of non-use.

Vibration Unit      :

Position vibration unit as shown in Figure 5. Slide
each front leg into vibration unit until it clicks
(locks) into place. 

Pull on each front leg to ensure it is secure.

Fabric Seat      :

Slide head tube (with foam) through top
channel of fabric seat (Figures 6 and 6a). 

Slide foot tube through bottom channel
of fabric seat (Figure 6).

Connect tube ends together so that
button pops through hole completely
(Figure 6b). 

Pull on each tube to ensure it is secure.

Attach Seat:

Slide seat into slots, matching “A” to
“A” and “B” to “B” (Figure 7). Push
down each side completely until seat
clicks (locks) into position.

Pull up on seat to ensure it is secure.
