SAFETY MESSAGES
The power source output voltage has been over
250V for more than one second.
The electrode and nozzle are short-circuited dur-
ing the striking or cutting phases.
The air -cooling system is out of order.
The main power supply isn’t recognized by the
generator.
Communication between generator and automat-
ic machine is not ok.
Plastron removed.
The power source stops automatically for safety reasons.

MAINTENANCE
CAUTION: DISCONNECT THE EQUIPMENT FROM THE ELEC-
TRICITY MAINS BEFORE DOING ANY MAINTENANCE
WORK.
6.1
MAINTENANCE OF THE EQUIPMENT
Twice a year, depending on the degree of use of the unit, inspect:
- The cleanliness of the equipment
- The electrical and gas connections
- The air filter-regulator.
For all operations:
- Remove the equipment cover.
- Remove the screws from the cover (7 mm wrench).

TYPE OF BREAKDOWN
POSSIBLE CAUSES
CHECKS AND REMEDIES
- No pilot arc
- Start switch on
- Green indicator light not lit up
- Supply cable broken
- Fuses on the cards faulty
Check:
- Mains voltage before and after the on/off switch
- Check the supply violtages on the card
- No pilot arc
- Start switch on
- Display on
- Torch cable broken
- Trigger connections open circuit
- Power too low
- Check the connections
- Check the electrode / nozzle short circuit without air
- Check the presence of an air supply when the trigger is pressed.
- No pilot arc
- Start switch on
- Mains fault displayed
- Mains voltage outside tolerances:
360 V < mains U > 440 V
207 V < mains U > 253 V
- Check the mains voltage
- Connect the unit to another socket
- No pilot arc
- Start switch on
- Thermal fault displayed
- Duty cycle exceeded, unit overload
- Insufficient cooling air
- Fan not turning
- Wait for the cooling phase. The unit starts again automatically
- Make sure the front and back of the power source are free of obstacles
- No pilot arc
- Start switch on
- Pressure fault displayed
- Lack of pressure
- Damaged air pipe
- Check that P>4,2 Bars
- Increase the air pressure if necessary
- Check the condition of the air pipe
- No pilot arc
- Start switch on
- Torch tip fault displayed
- Red light alight
- Torch tip wrongly positioned
- Torch connection damaged
- Unit not reset
- Check the torch tip position
- Check the the torch tip connections on the cycle card
- No pilot arc striking
- Difficult striking
- Worn electrode / Nozzle
- No compressed air at the end of the torch
- Replace the wearing parts
- Check the air circuit
