8.1.WARRANTY TERMS
8.2.WARRANTY PERIOD
8.WARRANTY
This equipment is covered by the warranty terms in the Warranty Certificate that accompanies the
product.
The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of parts with manufacturing defects, not including
the repair of defects originating from:
- Damage or loss caused by misuse or abuse;
- Damage or loss caused by failure to observe the instructions for use and maintenance;
- Damage or loss caused by acts of nature or catastrophes such as fires, earthquakes, floods, lightning,
etc.
- Damage or loss caused by failure to meet the conditions specified for the system, such as improper
installation, improper environmental conditions, etc.
- Damage or loss caused by use outside the territory whose system was originally sold;
- Damage or loss caused by Malware (malicious software, such as viruses, worm, etc. that can damage
computers);
- Falls or crashes;
- Inadequate storage;
- Technical assistance provided by people not authorized by Alliage;
The manufacturer provides a warranty of twelve (12) months from the date of installation, provided
that the equipment has not been stored for more than twelve (12) months, counting from the date
of issue of the billing invoice of the customer, first owner, until the date of installation. This warranty
applies against defects in parts, raw materials and the manufacture of your hardware products. In
the event of defects occurring and reported during the warranty period, replacement parts and labor
will be provided to replace items covered by the warranty.
THE MANUFACTURER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING, BUT NOT ONLY, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND THOSE ARISING FROM A TRANSACTION OR COMMERCIAL USE.
The express warranty does not apply to the following items: disposable parts, defect or damage caused
by negligence, misuse, operator error, improper installation, unspecified changes or operations of the
manufacturer's hardware product.
EXECUTING THE ABOVE CONDITIONS, THE MANUFACTURER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES,
WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, IRRELEVATIVE OR SERIOUS, WHICH MAY OCCUR AND INDEPENDENTLY
FROM THE PROPOSED LEGAL THESIS, INCLUDING STRICT LIABILITY AND NEGLIGENCE.
Under no circumstances will the manufacturer be responsible for any of the following circumstances:
- Performance, failure or interference of any network used by the Customer;
- Performance, failure or interference of any third-party equipment or software;
