10 Coffee type choice
As a general rule, you may use all kinds of
coffee available on the market. However,
coffee is a natural product and its taste may
vary according to its origin, mixture, bean
size and roasting. It is advisable to test
different types to find the one which satisfies
your personal taste. To obtain the best
results, we recommend using mixtures
prepared for espresso coffee machines. In
case coffee flows out of the filter holder too
quickly (or too slowly), it is advisable to
change the kind of coffee with a finer (or
coarser) ground coffee in order to obtain
the best quality and taste for your coffee.
