Place a container under the Cappuccinatore spout.
Select "OK" and press the "OK" button. The machine
dispenses a quantity of water sufficient to rinse the milk
circuit. The following screens are displayed:
QUICK CLEAN
Remove the container.
In case you do not want to perform the rinse cycle, select
"NONE" using the arrow key. Press the "OK" button.
After
a certain time, this rinse request screen
automatically disappears and the machine goes back to the
ready for use mode.
Always remember to store
milk in the fridge when not
used.
This function allows the machine to preserve proper
hygiene and operating conditions, but in no case should it
be considered sufficient as the only way of cleaning the
milk circuit.
The Cappuccinatore quick cleaning cycle can be performed
any time by following the procedure below:
With the machine on, press the "OK" button.
The following screen is displayed:

Select the “USER MENU” option and press the “OK”
button. The following screen is displayed:

Exit
Press the “Down” button to select “CAPP. CLEAN” and
then press “OK” to confirm. The following screen is
displayed:

Select the “QUICK” option and confirm with the “OK”
button.
