BLUETOOTH - USB
1. Turn on the power and turn on the PT Board. Bluetooth / USB will automatically go into sleep
mode.
2. Open mobile bluetooth, it will automatically connect your mobile Bluetooth device.
3. Wireless Bluetooth function works up to a distance of 8 meters.
4. You can not use Bluetooth and USB at the same time.
5. Button 1: Short press for the previous song, to decrease the volume, hold the button for a while.
6. Button 2: Short press for the next song, to increase the volume, hold the button for a while.
7. Button 3: Short press for the next song, to increase the volume, hold the button for a while.

To achieve the best results, please follow the instructions below.
Do not exceed the recommended times and frequencies.
Dynamic exercise on PT BOARD may also be compared with walking, jogging or running exercises.
The position adopted on PT BOARD will determine which amplitude movement is provided and,
combined with the speed (1-20), how fast the movement will be.
Example: Position 1, speed 7 = brisk walk.
