2.9.2 Setup sensor (DI) and alarm (DO) reporting
Each sensor connected to the encoder can be configured to generate an alarm report to either DO
device, generate an email with a snapshot, and post a notification message. These options are selected
through the IE browser SETUP Event Configuration menus.
1. From the VIEW window, click:
SETUP
>
Event Configuration
>
DI
2. On the Publisher DI screen, enable the DO devices for the sensor input (DI).
3. Configure the Subscribe Email, Multicast, TCP, and other settings as needed.
4. Click
Apply
.
5. Under the Event Configuration Menu, click
DO
.
