 WARNING

Any attempt to start the engine without

adding lubricant will result in engine failure.

Place high pressure cleaner on a flat, level

surface.

Unscrew  the  lubricant  cap/dipstick  by

turning counterclockwise.

Using the provided 18 oz. 4-stroke engine

lubricant (SAE 30 or SAE 10W30), fill the

engine until the fluid level rises to the upper

portion of the hatched area on the dipstick.

Do not overfill.

NOTE:

The  lubricant  level  is  checked

without screwing the dipstick in.

Replace  the  lubricant  cap/dipstick  and

securely tighten.

NOTE:

The engine has a total lubricant

capacity of 0.6 L (20 oz.).

ETHANOL-BLENDED FUELS

Do not use E85 fuel. It will void your warranty.

NOTE:

 Fuel system damage or performance

problems resulting from the use of an

oxygenated or ethanol-blended fuel containing

more than the percentages of oxygenates

stated below are not covered under warranty.

Petrol  containing  up  to  10%  ethanol  by

volume  (commonly  referred  to  as  E10)  is

acceptable. E85 is not.

ADDING PETROL TO THE FUEL TANK

See page 19 (step 12).

 WARNING

Petrol and its vapours are highly flammable

and explosive. To prevent serious personal

injury  and  property  damage,  handle  the

gasoline with care. Handle the fuel outdoors,

keep it away from ignition sources, do not

smoke while adding fuel, and wipe up spills

immediately.

 WARNING

Always shut off the engine before refuelling.

Never add fuel to a product with a running

or hot engine. Move at least 9 m (30 ft.) from

the refuelling site before starting the engine.

Do  not  smoke  and  stay  away  from  open

flames  and  sparks.  Failure  to  follow  these

instructions could result in serious personal

injury.

When adding petrol to the high pressure

cleaner,  make  sure  the  product  is  sitting  on

a  flat,  level  surface.  If  the  engine  is  hot,  let

the high pressure cleaner cool before adding

petrol. Always fill the fuel tank outdoors with

the product turned off.

NOTE:

Use unleaded petrol only. Do not mix

lubricant with petrol.

Before removing the fuel cap, clean the

area around it. Remove the fuel cap.

Insert a clean funnel into the fuel tank then

slowly pour gasoline into the tank. Fill tank

to approximately 40 mm (1-1/2 in.) below

the top of the tank neck (this allows for fuel

expansion).

Replace fuel cap and tighten until the cap

“clicks”.

Wipe up any spills before starting the

engine.

STARTING THE HIGH PRESSURE

CLEANER

See page 19 (steps 13 to 17).

 WARNING

Do not run the high pressure cleaner

pump without water supply connected and

turned on, as this may damage the high

pressure seals and decrease the pump

life. Completely unwind the hose from its

reel or coil and make sure the hose is not

being restricted by tires, rocks, or any other

objects  that  may  lessen  or  prevent  water

flow to the high pressure cleaner.

Before starting the engine:

Connect all hoses.

Check all fluids (lubricant and fuel).

Turn on the garden hose then squeeze

the trigger to relieve air pressure; hold
