Connect the power cord to a live 220-240V AC, 50 Hz AC socket.

Turn switch on.

Reset house breaker. Make sure pressure washer is connected to an 
individual branch circuit only. If using an extension cord, make sure it 
is heavy enough to carry the current of the pressure washer.

Pump 
doesn’t 
produce 
pressure

Inadequate water 
supply

Lance leaks

Nozzle is clogged

Pump is faulty

Air in line

Water inlet filter is 
clogged or dirty

Provide adequate water flow. Turn water supply off. Remove self-
coiling hose on pressure washer inlet side (do not lose gasket).  Turn 
tap on to check water flow.  If there is no water, fix water supply 
issue.  If there is water, check other troubleshooting solutions.

Check connections and / or replace lance.

Clean nozzle.

Contact authorized service centre.

Squeeze trigger on gun to remove air from line.

Remove the water inlet filter, rinse with warm water, then replace in 
unit.

Check garden hose for kinks, leaks, and blockages.
