RUSTIBUS WILL REPLACE OR REPAIR ANY TOOL OR COMPONENT THAT FAILS DUE TO DEFECTS IN
MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR (12 MONTHS) FROM THE DATE OF SHIP-
MENT OF THIS PRODUCT FROM OUR FACILITY. A WARRANTY CLAIM WILL NOT BE HONOURED IF DEFECTS
ARE NOT REPORTED WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD, OR IF DALSEIDE SHIPPING SERVICES DETERMINES
THAT DEFECTS OR DAMAGES ARE DUE TO NORMAL WEAR, MISAPPLICATION, LACK OF MAINTENANCE,
ABUSE, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, ALTERATION, OR ABNORMAL CONDITIONS.
