4. You also can start the blender by pressing and holding the high speed button (turbo
button). The appliance will then operate at the highest speed all the time. The speed
will not change even if you turn the speed control dial down.
5. Stop the blender by releasing the low speed button or high speed button.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Unplug the appliance and remove the detachable stem.
NOTE!
Do not immerse the detachable stem of the blender in water.
2. Wash the detachable shaft under running water. Do not use abrasive cleaners or
detergents. After cleaning the detachable shaft, place it upright so that any water that
may have got in it can drain out. The shaft is dishwasher safe.
3. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water for cleaning as an
electric shock may occur.
4. Dry thoroughly.
CAUTION!
The blades are very sharp. Handle with care.
QUICK CLEANING
Between processing tasks, hold the blender in the cup half filled with water and turn on
for a few seconds.
