Safety instructions
• Please pay attention to loose, damaged, worn out or missing parts during assembling and before usage.
• Please replace damaged parts immediately, because otherwise the function and safety is affected.
• Regularly check the tight fit of the screws and nuts.
• This training device is only suitable for use in the home.

You should consult your doctor before starting the exercise and in case of occurrence of indisposition during the work out.
• Children should only use the Mini-Trimmer after being given exact instructions and under supervision.
• Comfortable Clothing should be worn for doing the exercises. However, you should avoid wide trousers legs or sleeves,
which may get caught by the pedals.
• Before you begin exercising ensure that the Mini-Trimmer is standing on a firm, level and non-slip surface.
• Before you begin training it is recommended that you do several stretching exercises. Begin pedalling slowly and increase
the speed until you have reached the desired performance level. Do not stop the exercises suddenly, but slowly reduce the
movements until your pulse has reached its normal level one again.
• Never put your full bodyweight on the appliance. The appliance is not designed to support this.
Scope of delivery
• 1 basic unit • 2 foot rests (small and large) • 4 screws • 4 washers • 2 pedals (right and left)
• 2 foot straps with 8 attachment screws • 1 screw-wrench • 1 anti-slip mat • 1 Batterie (AAA-Micro, already inserted in
the round counter)
Assembly Instructions
Start with the assembly of the foot rests. Position the basic unit with the reverse side
up in front of you. The shorter foot rest belongs to the side, which is facing you
during usage and the longer side accordingly to the other side, which is not facing
you. Affix each foot rest with two screws and two washers. Use the enclosed screw-
wrench to evenly tighten the screws. Turn the Mini-Trimmer around again. Place it in
front of you, so that the round counter shows in your direction. Check that the unit
stands securely. It might be advisable to check the correct fit of the screws.
If you would like to use the foot straps during your work out, you can affix each of
them with two screws onto the sides of the pedal. You have got the possibility to
choose from two widths, depending on the size of your feet.
For mounting the pedal you screw the pedal, which is marked with an L onto the
crank which is also marked with an L. Then you tighten the screw according to the
direction which is shown by the arrow on the pedal. On the other side you affix the
pedal which is marked with an R onto the crank which is also marked with an R.
Instructions for use
Place the Mini-Trimmer in front of you, make sure it stands on an even surface. Best place it on the enclosed anti-slip mat.
It also protects the surface from dirt as a result from dust which may fall out and from abrasion.
Start your work out with little resistance. For that purpose you turn the adjusting knob anti-clockwise towards the »–«. To raise
the resistance turn the knob clockwise towards the »+«.
For the leg training sit on a firm seat and place the unit on the floor in front of you. For the arm training you should place the
Mini-Trimmer on a firm standing surface, e.g. a table.
To prepare the muscles for the work out you should do some warm and loosening-up exercises before you start.
To give your body the possibility of regeneration, you should include time for a short relaxation after the work out. In doing so
you can e.g. keep on pedalling in the lowest level possible. During the work out slight frictional and squeaking noises can
occur. These do not effect the quality of the product.
Please read these notes carefully before use. Be sure to follow the instructions and keep them in a safe
place! If this product is to be used by other persons, they must be fully informed of these safety warnings
before use.
