Problem Solutions
The vacuum cleaner is plugged
in but does not work Check the power cord and
plug are not damaged.
Check and replace the fuse in
the plug
The UV light is not working The UV light will only work
when both wheels at the front
of the product are in contact
with a flat surface.
The suction is decreasing and
the vacuum cleaner is not
picking up dirt Check if the dust container is
full, if so, empty it
Clean the filters
Vacuum cleaner is overheating Check that the filters are not
blocked. If so, clean them
The air coming out of the
vacuum cleaner smells Clean the filters and dust
container
Ensure the filters have been
left to dry for 24 hours before
refitting back into the vacuum
cleaner
